Leeds School is in Benson County in northcentral North Dakota on U.S. Highway #2. An athletic cooperative involving Leeds and Maddock is called the Benson County Wildcats. The Leeds area is a sportsman's paradise with world class hunting and fishing. Agriculture is the main industry producing abundant amounts of wheat, canola, corn, soybeans, and several varieties of beans.
 
 
State Fish Stamp Winner
State Fish Stamp Winner

Mallorie Sabo is the winner of the North Dakota State Fish Stamp. Mallorie painted the state fish of Illinois, the Blue Gill. The State Fish Expo is held in Perry, Georgia this July. Mallorie's painting will be representing North Dakota this summer. Readers are urged to go to www.wildlifeforever.org/contest and vote for Mallorie's painting to win the People's Choice Award.

Students from Leeds took part in the Devils Lake 13th Annual Student Art Show. Those who received first place and will go on to the State Art Show were: Dani Schwanke, Caitlyn Blazer, Sloane Follman, Jaylen Anderson, Kaden Nelsen and Kyler Nelsen.
